  1. Remove 2 18mm bolt thats hold the caliper. you can remove the caliper and use some zip ties to hang it somewhere. Remove 2 18mm bolt thats hold the caliper. you can remove the caliper and use some zip ties to hang it somewhere.

  2. Loosen the 6mm hex on the face of the rotor.
    • Loosen the 6mm hex on the face of the rotor.

  3. Remove the rotor.
    • Remove the rotor.

  4. Now pinch the brake line with the pincher.
    • Now pinch the brake line with the pincher.

  5. With a 14mm open end wrench unloose the brake line from the caliper.
    • With a 14mm open end wrench unloose the brake line from the caliper.

    • Now you should have everything off.

  6. Trim the corners with the dremel so the bigger caliper can clear the heat sheild. Before (2nd photo) After (3rd photo)

    • Now reverse the install with the bbk. install the stainless steel brake lines if your kit comes with them.

  7. Tighten the brake line on the caliper first and find something to hang it. Here some pictures putting the BBK on. Now install the rotor.

  8. Bolt the caliper on.
    • Bolt the caliper on.

    • The brake sensor does not work in BBK. just zip tie the sensor somewhere, so it wont get tangle while you are driving.

  9. Now bleed the brakes. have fun!!! Now bleed the brakes. have fun!!!
